On January 8th 1993 Resort Properties established a unique, on-site Resale Department. No longer constructing new resorts Resort Properties concentrated on further developing its successful resales operation. In the years between 1985 and 1992 the company had sold over 10,000 resale weeks through its Owner Relations departments. Since then the organisation has gone from one record year to the next without interruption, finally establishing itself as the 'Worlds Number One Resale Company'
