This team has consistently outshone every single one of its competitors due to its fundamental talent and the expert guidance provided by the highly experienced group of sales managers at the helm of the operation.

Any new member of the sales or telemarketing teams can expect an initial training programme that will cover both the extensive product portfolio and the broad range of service and sales techniques needed to succeed in this competitive environment. It will also provide them with the knowledge needed to give customers the best service and advice possible.

This initial two-week course combines group learning with practical job experience with all new starters shadowing an experienced member of the sales team.

Once a new starter has completed the training course they are issued with a Compliance License and is allocated a team leader who will be responsible for their ongoing training and their day to day life as part of the team.
