Excellent opportunity for bilingual English/Spanish IT Help Desk agent, ideally experienced in IT support role for call centres.
Main tasks to include:
- First/Second level support for Office software and hardware incidents.
- First level support for telecom and network incidents.
- First level support for incidents related to in-house applications (After appropriate training).
- Handling IT incidents and requests received via telephone, email or Help Desk application (TrackIt).
- Incident logging through the Help Desk application and managing/prioritizing workload.
- Remote user administration.
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, previous experience in a similar role supporting end users and knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 2007 applications, user account administration, hardware configuration and SQL and database structures.
You must be a strong team player with flexible and adaptable approach to work duties and schedules.
