I was working in the Canary Islands selling holidays when a friend told me about Resort Properties. I was recruited via a personal referral.

I have progressed from Sales Rep to Completions Officer and I love my job. With this company there are always possibilities that will allow you to aim towards management level.

Before I joined the company my personal life was dim. This job has given me a new lease of life, filled with adventure and great earning potential. I love the challenge and the rewards.

After viewing the job advertisement in the local paper, an interview was arranged for me for the position of a telemarketer. I started within a couple of weeks after a week of intensive life coaching and training. After a while I discovered that sales wasn't for me but due to the fact that the company was such a great one to work for and because I made such good friends, I enquired about other positions available within the company. Luckily for me, a position opened up in Administration and after applying, I am now in a position that I really enjoy and can now really start to enjoy my new settled life in Tenerife!

I am a mature lady that came to the Island nearly 9 years ago with my husband and youngest daughter. I first started work in bars and restaurants. Then somebody I know from Resort Properties invited me to try telemarketing, I was not sure of this as I had never done this type of work before. I started and spent the next 4 years doing the job. There was probably about 6 people in the office when I started. Now we have about 40. I was then offered a job in the administration department and have been there for just over 2 years. It is the longest job I have and I must say the best.

The life style is more laid back. Lovely going to work in the warm sunshine. An island for people young and old.
