I heard about the job from another telemarketer in the office so it was a personal referral.
Originally I was living in St Albans in Hertfordshire working for a loan company helping with debts and on the phone dealing with new loans.
Resort Properties is by far the best working environment and job on the island because of their good hours, good money and great atmosphere.
Since I have been at the job I am a lot happier, I have made some great friends and living in Tenerife is so much better.
If you don't know about the product don't worry the training you get is amazing and I would advise you to give it a go and you will get results.

I had seen the job advertised on the Total Jobs website and applied online whilst back in the UK. Because I was unsure about leaving for a company I hadn't heard of, I decided to take a position as a holiday rep in Tenerife, when I arrived I hated it, just wasn't for me. Having lived and worked on the Island for nine years I have known about Resort Properties for quite a few years through people who have worked and were working for the company.
I worked in-house for another company originally for three years then had two years in Fuerteventura selling property. I then came back to the same company on the cold line until it was eventually closed down.
An ex work colleague of mine who had worked for Resort Properties suggested I should look into working for the company.
I sent in my CV and only two days later was impressed to receive a telephone call from Claire Rivero and we arranged an interview a few days later. I was very impressed with the set up and professionalism of the company, I took up the post of a Telemarketer approximately one month ago, and I am very much enjoying the atmosphere and working environment.
Having only spent a month with Resort Properties I feel the potential for good earnings and personal development and progression within the company is available to people with the right attitude and determination.
